2. No Refund Policy
Once payment has been successfully processed, it is considered final and cannot be refunded.

6. Account Suspension
If a user violates our Terms & Conditions, uploads false information, engages in fraudulent activity, or misuses the Platform, BtoB Pedia may, at its sole discretion:

- Remove business listings.
- Terminate premium services.
- Permanently block access to the Platform.
In such situations, no refund or compensation shall be payable.
7. Force Majeure
BtoB Pedia shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, or failure of services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

- Government restrictions
- Cyber attacks
- Internet outages
- Power failures
- Server failures
- Pandemics
- Third-party service interruptions
No refund or compensation shall be payable in such circumstances.
8. Payment Disputes
Customers agree not to initiate unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes after receiving access to any paid service.
Fraudulent disputes may result in permanent account suspension and legal action.
